Pod Trading Challenge Official Rules

These Trading Challenge Official Rules (these "Rules") apply to the Pod Trading Challenge (the "Challenge") offered by Laurium Corp. ("Company", "we" or "us") that you enter into or participate in through the Services. Your entry or participation in the Challenge constitutes your acceptance of these Rules. These Rules supplement our general Terms of Service available at https://pod.network/terms (the "General Terms"), which also apply to the Challenge. These Rules are incorporated by reference into, and form a part of, the General Terms. In the event of a conflict between the terms of these Rules and the General Terms, these Rules will supersede and control but only with respect to the Challenge and only to the extent of such conflict. All capitalized terms used but not defined in these Rules have their respective meanings set forth in the General Terms. The Challenge will be considered part of the definition of "Services" for purposes of the General Terms.
THE GENERAL TERMS CONTAIN AN ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND CLASS ACTION WAIVER, WHICH APPLY TO YOUR PARTICIPATION IN THE CHALLENGE AND ANY DISPUTE ARISING OUT OF THESE RULES. YOU HAVE THE RIGHT TO OPT-OUT OF THE ARBITRATION CLAUSE AND THE CLASS ACTION WAIVER AS EXPLAINED IN THE GENERAL TERMS.
Overview
You may be eligible to participate in the Challenge that we offer through the Services. No purchase is necessary to participate, and purchasing any item or service from the Company will not increase your chances of winning. The Challenge is void where prohibited by applicable law.
The Challenge is a Testnet paper trading competition in which eligible participants receive an initial balance of $10,000 in virtual funds ("Challenge Balance" and such funds, "Challenge Funds") to trade perpetuals on the Testnet version of the Protocol ("Testnet"), with winners determined based on profit and loss performance. You may be eligible to receive an extra $1,000 in Challenge Funds depending on your sign-up date or certain other factors we establish. The Challenge Funds are virtual funds with no monetary value. Challenge Funds do not constitute currency or property of any type and not redeemable, refundable or eligible for any fiat or virtual currency or anything else of value, and do not convey any legal rights to the holder of the Challenge Funds. Challenge Funds are not transferable between users, and you may not attempt to transfer or sell Challenge Funds outside of the Challenge. Any attempt to sell, trade or transfer Challenge Funds outside of the Challenge will be null and void. At the end of the Challenge, your current Challenge Balance may be removed and deleted.
Challenge Period
The Challenge begins at 12 p.m. UTC on June 3, 2026 and ends at 12 p.m. UTC on June 24, 2026 ("Challenge Period").
How to Enter
You may sign up to enter the Challenge prior to when it begins or during the Challenge Period. Sign up for the Challenge by filling out the entry form on any of the website pages https://pod.network, https://app.pod.network, or https://test.pod.network and linking your valid X account. At the time you sign up, the X account you sign up with must be an X premium account or have at least 100 followers; otherwise, your entry will be in our sole discretion. There are other eligibility requirements described below that you must also satisfy. Only one (1) entry is permitted per person.
Eligibility to Participate in the Challenge
You may enter into the Challenge only if you are: (i) 18 years of age or older (or the legal age of majority in your state or country of residence, whichever is older); and (ii) not (A) the subject of sanctions or embargoes imposed by any governmental authority, including being designated on any list of prohibited or restricted parties by any governmental authority, such as the U.S. Treasury Department's list of Specially Designated Nationals, the U.S. Department of Commerce Denied Persons List, the E.U. Consolidated List of persons and the U.K. Consolidated List of Financial Sanctions Targets; (B) located, a resident of or organized in any jurisdiction or territory that is the subject of comprehensive country-wide or regional economic sanctions or has been designated as "terrorist supporting" by the United Nations or the governmental authority of the European Union, United Kingdom or the United States; or (C) owned or controlled by such persons or entities listed in (A)-(B). We may require you to provide additional information prior to or after you sign up for the Challenge, including to verify your eligibility to participate in the Challenge and your compliance with these Rules and the General Terms. You must provide accurate, current and complete information upon our request in a timely manner. Employees, officers, and directors of the Company, its affiliates and its advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members and persons living in their same household, are not eligible to participate in the Challenge or win Rewards. You may also not participate in the Challenge where prohibited by applicable law. If we determine you do not satisfy the eligibility requirements, we may prevent or cancel your entry to the Challenge.
Challenge Criteria
Entries will be rank ordered according to their Challenge Balance profit and loss. There will be only one (1) winner. The winner of the Challenge will be chosen by us at the end of the Challenge Period based on the eligible participant with the highest Challenge Balance profit. We reserve the right, in our sole discretion, to exclude from a participant's profit and loss calculation any trading activity that we determine to be fraudulent, suspicious, manipulative, or otherwise not in the spirit of the Challenge, including but not limited to collusion with other participants, exploitation of technical errors or system vulnerabilities, or any other activity intended to artificially inflate or manipulate a participant's Challenge Balance. You agree that our decisions on all matters relating to the Challenge, winner selection process and these Rules are final, non-appealable and binding, and will be made in our sole discretion. We reserve the right in our sole discretion to disqualify any entry that we believe to be in breach of these Rules or the General Terms.
Rewards
The potential winner of the Challenge will be notified by direct message via X from our X account (@poddotnetwork) June 24, 2026. Be sure to follow us on X and that your account accepts direct messages so that we can contact you. Check your messages closely during this time! You must respond to us within 72 hours of delivery of this notification message and provide any other information we request for you to receive the reward described below ("Reward"), including applicable tax forms and documentation proving your eligibility (e.g., copy of your government-issued identification). We will then verify your eligibility and compliance with these Rules before you are awarded the applicable Reward. After such verification, the Reward will then be shipped to you within a reasonable period of time thereafter. We are not responsible for any delay or failure for you to receive notification from us, or for us to fail to receive your response, for any reason, including inactive account, technical difficulties associated therewith, or communications that are undeliverable as a result of any form of active or passive filtering or insufficient space in your account, or your failure to adequately monitor any account. If you fail to respond to us in the appointed time frame, or if we determine you are not eligible for the Challenge or to receive the Reward, we reserve the right to disqualify you as the winner and select a new winner of such Challenge or re-activate such Challenge (to the extent it previously expired). The Challenge winner is responsible for all applicable federal, state and local taxes, if any, as well as any other costs and expenses otherwise associated with accepting any Reward. The winner will be required to provide an IRS W-9, W-8 BEN or similar tax form for tax reporting purposes, and the winner may also receive an IRS Form 1099-MISC for the value of the Reward. No more than one Reward will be awarded. The Reward available for the Challenge is set forth below:
- First Place: One Rolex Watch Submariner Oyster, 41 mm, Oystersteel, Reference 124060 (approximate retail value of USD $10,000-$12,000).
Publicity Release
Unless prohibited by applicable law, by signing up for the Challenge, you agree that the Company can include your name and/or social media handles on the Challenge leaderboard and, if you are the winner, the Company can use your name and social media handles to state you are the winner of the Challenge for programming, advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in any and all media, worldwide and in perpetuity, without compensation or additional consents from you and without prior notice, approval or inspection, and you will execute a specific consent if asked to do so.
Release; Limitation of Liability
The Company is not responsible for and shall not be liable for: (i) misdirected or delayed mail, e-mail or text messages; (ii) telephone, telecommunications, hardware or third party software malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind; (iii) any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind arising in connection with or as a result of participating in the Challenge or possession or use of any Reward; (iv) any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by entrants or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Challenge; (v) any printing or typographical errors in any materials associated with the Challenge; or (vi) any condition caused by events beyond the Company's control that may cause the Challenge to be disrupted, corrupted or terminated. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to release the Company from any liability whatsoever, and agree not to make any claims against the Company in respect of any costs, injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising out of or in connection with the Challenge or delivery, misdelivery, acceptance, possession, use of or inability to use any Reward, including, without limitation, claims, costs, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light, whether under a theory of contract, tort, warranty or other theory. The Rewards are provided "as is" and we make no representations, warranties or guarantees, express or implied, in fact or in law, in relation to the Rewards, including any implied warranty of merchantability or of fitness for a particular purpose. Any prizes pictured in advertising or other Challenge materials are for illustrative purposes only and the actual Reward you may receive may differ. The laws of certain jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion or limitation of certain damages and if those laws apply to you, some or all of these limitations may not apply to you, and you may have additional rights.
Miscellaneous
- We may terminate your participation in the Challenge at any time. Without limiting the foregoing, we may temporarily or permanently disqualify you from participating in Challenge or void your entry as a result of your abusive behavior, tampering with the entry process, fraud, misrepresentation, violation of law or other violation of any of the terms or conditions of these Rules or the General Terms, in each case, as determined by us in our sole discretion.
- Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle the information you provide to us in connection with the Challenge. For an explanation of our privacy practices, please visit our Privacy Policy located at https://pod.network/terms?tab=privacy.
- The winner's list will be posted on our website on or about June 24, 2026 and will remain posted for at least thirty days.
- The Challenge is subject to federal, state, and local laws and regulations and is void where prohibited by law.
- We may modify these Rules from time to time in which case we will update the "Last Revised" date at the top of these Rules. If we make changes that are material, we will use reasonable efforts to attempt to notify you, such as by e-mail and/or by placing a prominent notice on the first page of our website. However, it is your sole responsibility to review these Rules from time to time to view any such changes. The updated Rules will be effective as of the time of posting, or such later date as may be specified in the updated Rules. Your entry or participation in any Challenge after the modifications have become effective will be deemed your acceptance of the modified Rules. No amendment shall apply to a dispute for which an arbitration has been initiated prior to the change in Rules.
